Security still the issue ....
Life continues to be difficult for the ordinary citizen in Nepal with the Maoist led coalition government "flexing it's muscles" and the opposition parties doing the same. The new prime minister has visited China and the US in recent weeks and the Finance Minister has announced his budget for the fiscal year. Security for all citizens in the aftermath of the Maoist war is still paramount and there are discussions underway to enable the integration of the Maoist guerilla army into the national army.
